Pre-order and pay online
Wines, beers and fermented tea: build your order and choose a day and a time slot to collect it at Le Mas de l'Olivière. We check availability and email you our confirmation with a secure payment link: your order is firm once paid.

On offer, for guests of the house
Request our offer: we email it to you about ten days before you arrive. You order by replying to it.
Groceries
Send your list no later than 48 hours before you arrive. We reply with an estimated total, and buy nothing without your agreement.
Payment
Pre-order: by card, online, with the link in our confirmation email. Order on offer: by secure payment link, sent by email, or by card on our terminal at the end of your stay. Your card details are handled by our payment provider and are never shared with us.
Collection and delivery
We do not ship. Pre-order: collection at the house, between 8 am and 10 pm. Order on offer: delivery to the house before you arrive, with your agreement. Alcohol is sold to adults only: ID is required at collection.
Changing your mind
You have fourteen days after collection to withdraw from your order without giving any reason; you may also withdraw before collection. Details are in our terms of sale.
