What we collect. The information you send us through our forms, by email or by phone: name, email address, telephone, dates of stay, language, grocery list and messages; for a pre-order, the order details and the collection date and time slot; if you order, the details of its payment; if you withdraw, your withdrawal statement. Your card details are handled by our payment provider and are never shared with us.

Why. To send you the offer you requested, based on your consent; to handle your grocery requests, orders and pre-orders, based on steps taken at your request before a contract and on the performance of the contract; to record and acknowledge your withdrawals and to keep our accounts, under our legal obligations; to send you offers for future stays, only if you have agreed.

How long. Offer request without follow-up: until your departure date. Consent to future offers: three years from your last contact, or until you withdraw consent. Accounting records: ten years.

Who has access. Pelangi Partners and our service providers: Tally (forms; established in Belgium, data stored in Europe; the new-response notifications emailed to us pass through SendGrid, a Tally provider established in the United States, under the European Commission standard contractual clauses provided for in Tally's data processing agreement), our payment provider (Stripe), OVH (hosting and email) and our accountant. Your data is neither sold nor shared with Le Mas de l'Olivière.

Your rights. You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability; you may withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at contact@pelangipartners.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

Cookies. This website sets no cookies. The forms open on Tally's website, which applies its own policy.
