Terms of sale

In force on 22 October 2026. This is a translation: only the French version is legally binding.

1. Seller

Pelangi Partners, a French single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with a share capital of €1,000, registered office 4387 route de Jouques, 83560 Rians, France, registered with the Draguignan Trade and Companies Register under number 913 756 532, VAT number FR 41913756532. Restaurant licence declared to the town hall of Rians. Telephone: +33 6 33 66 03 76. Email: contact@pelangipartners.com.

2. Scope

These terms apply to sales of wine, beer, fermented tea, breathalysers and everyday products, and to cleaning services, between Pelangi Partners and its consumer customers, whether the order is placed online on pelangipartners.com (pre-order with online payment) or on an offer sent by email. Pelangi Partners is a separate company from the rental of Le Mas de l'Olivière: the rental agreement and this sales contract are independent.

The applicable terms are those in force on the date of the order. They are attached to the order confirmation email.

3. Products and services

Products are described on the website and offered while stocks last; availability is confirmed in the confirmation email (online pre-order) or in the offer (order on offer). Pelangi Partners also sells chemical breathalysers.

Groceries are products chosen freely by the customer, bought by Pelangi Partners in its own name and resold to the customer. Mid-stay cleaning is a three-hour service offered for stays of one week or more.

4. Prices

Prices are in euros, including all taxes. For an online pre-order, the applicable price is the one stated in the confirmation email and on the payment page, based on the prices shown on the website at the time of the request; collection at Le Mas de l'Olivière is free and no delivery charge applies. For an order on offer, the applicable price is the one in the offer accepted by the customer.

For groceries, each product is charged at the price paid in store, supported by receipts, plus a service fee of €25 including VAT per order. Cleaning is charged €150 including VAT.

5. Ordering

5.1 Online pre-order (wines, beers, fermented tea, breathalysers)

The customer chooses the products and quantities in the pre-order form available from the website. They give the date and time slot they wish to collect the order, at least 48 hours after their request, and their contact details, and certify that they are 18 or over. This request does not bind the customer and involves no payment.

Pelangi Partners checks the availability of the products and sends the customer, between 8 am and 10 pm, a confirmation email setting out the available products, the total price and the collection date and time slot, with these terms attached and a link to the secure payment page. If a product is unavailable, the email says so and may offer an equivalent product.

The customer confirms the order by paying online: on the payment page, they check the summary and the amount, accept these terms and confirm by clicking the button “Order with obligation to pay” (“Commander avec obligation de paiement” on the French page). The sale is concluded when payment is received; Pelangi Partners confirms it to the customer by email. If payment has not been made at least 24 hours before the collection slot, the pre-order is cancelled at no cost.

5.2 Order on offer (wines, beers, fermented tea and cleaning)

Pelangi Partners sends the customer an offer by email; the order is formed when the customer accepts it, by email or in writing.

5.3 Groceries

The customer sends a request; Pelangi Partners replies with an estimated total, and the order is formed when the customer agrees to it. A product unavailable in store is removed or replaced with the customer's agreement.

6. Sale of alcohol

The sale of alcoholic beverages to anyone under 18 is prohibited. The customer certifies when ordering that they are of age. At handover, Pelangi Partners requires the person collecting the order to prove that they are of age by showing an identity document; otherwise, alcoholic beverages are not handed over and the order remains available under the conditions of article 7. For an order on offer delivered to the house, Pelangi Partners may ask for ID and refuse to hand over alcoholic beverages without it.

L'abus d'alcool est dangereux pour la santé : à consommer avec modération (alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health; drink in moderation).

7. Collection and delivery

7.1 Online pre-order: collection at the house

Products are handed over at Le Mas de l'Olivière, 4387 route de Jouques, 83560 Rians, on the confirmed date and time slot, between 8 am and 10 pm. No alcoholic beverage is handed over outside these hours. No shipping is offered at present.

A customer who cannot come agrees a new date by email or telephone. The order is kept for fifteen days after the agreed collection date; after that period, it is cancelled and the price paid is refunded to the customer, using the same means of payment.

The customer checks the products at handover and reports any missing or damaged product, without prejudice to the statutory guarantees.

7.2 Order on offer: delivery to the house

Products are delivered to Le Mas de l'Olivière on the agreed date and before the customer arrives, with their agreement. The customer takes possession of the products on arrival and is asked to report any missing or damaged product as soon as possible, without prejudice to the statutory guarantees.

8. Payment

Online pre-order: payment by card on the secure payment page linked in the confirmation email, through the provider Stripe; a receipt is emailed to the customer.

Order on offer, groceries and cleaning: payment by secure payment link sent by email, or by card on Pelangi Partners' terminal, no later than the end of the stay.

Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not shared with Pelangi Partners. Refunds are made using the same means of payment.

9. Right of withdrawal

For distance contracts, the customer has fourteen days to withdraw without giving any reason: from taking possession of the products for a sale (collection at the house, or arrival in the house in case of delivery), and from the conclusion of the contract for a service. The customer may also withdraw between the conclusion of the sale and collection.

Exceptions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, including fresh products bought as groceries. Nor does it apply to a cleaning service fully performed before the end of the period, where the customer expressly requested it and acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal. If the customer asks for the cleaning to take place before the end of the period and then withdraws before it is completed, they pay for the service already provided.

Withdrawing online. The customer may withdraw using the “Renoncer au contrat ici” function, available free of charge at the bottom of every page of the website and on the Order page throughout the withdrawal period. They give their first name and surname, the details identifying the order and the email address at which they wish to receive the acknowledgement, then confirm with the button “Confirm withdrawal” (“Confirmer la rétractation” on the French page). Pelangi Partners then emails them, as soon as possible, an acknowledgement setting out the content of their statement and the date and time it was sent.

Other means. The customer may also inform Pelangi Partners of their decision by any other unambiguous statement, at contact@pelangipartners.com or by post, in particular using the model form below.

Effects. If the customer withdraws before collection, Pelangi Partners refunds all sums paid. Products already collected are returned to Le Mas de l'Olivière, by appointment between 8 am and 10 pm, within fourteen days of withdrawal, at the customer's expense. Pelangi Partners refunds the sums paid within fourteen days of withdrawal, using the same means of payment, and may withhold the refund until the products have been returned. The customer may be liable for any loss in value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

10. Statutory guarantees

11. Complaints and mediation

Complaints should be sent to Pelangi Partners at contact@pelangipartners.com. If a dispute is not resolved, the customer may refer it free of charge to the consumer mediator, after sending a written complaint to Pelangi Partners: CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France — www.cm2c.net.

12. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
